10.30 am, for willing volunteers who can take passengers on the trip to Sherborne in the morning.
Note new times: 10.45am - meet at the Sherborne church.
11 am - tour/walk round the house and grounds (with a Resident or Residents as escort and guide.) Followed by display of KS Archive and other memorabilia in the Orangery. The earlier time will allow us to display the paper archive for sharing information with the Residents.
For those who do not wish to view Sherborne House again, they may like to meet up in the Old Post Office Coffee Shop , Sherborne about 12 noon and afterwards perhaps a walk along the National Trust walk, via the Village Gate by the Cenotaph.
Followed by lunch The Sherborne Arms at Aldsworth for lunch at 1.00pm. On the left just out of the village on the B4425 Burford Road.
Display of memorabilia if sufficient people to have a separate room.

Cheltenham has a main line Train and connects with Birmingham New Street / Birmingham Airport (just over an hour from the Hotel) and London (Heathrow via M40 or M4.1 ¾ hours by car).

Arrival of overseas visitors and others for pampering in hotel facilities or maybe a round of golf, and for a pleasant informal meal in the restaurant/bar in the evening.
Saturday 24 August 2019:
Saturday morning - Visit to Sherborne House arranged by Nigel Dodds.
Saturday afternoon - join your friends back at the Hotel or enjoy a swim or a nap before Dinner.
Saturday evening School Reunion
